The American Dental Assocation Foundation Hosts Give Kids A Smile Pack & Give Back Event

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

CHICAGO, October 5, 2023 — Dentists from across the country are in town for SmileCon, the annual meeting of the ADA. As part of the weekend’s festivities, the ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓÆµFoundation – the charitable arm of the ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓÆµ– is packing backpacks with nutritious food and oral health products and information for local, underserved children. One in five central Florida children don’t have consistent access to enough nutritious food, and many of these children rely on school meals to provide breakfast and lunch during the school year. ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓÆµmembers will join the ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓÆµFoundation in leaving a lasting impression in Orlando by donating a few minutes of their day to help meet the goal of packing 1,000 backpacks during the event!
